Job description <\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Overview:<\/strong> The Assistant would perform clerical, administrative, research, and other logistic tasks related to CUNY TV’s production management under the supervision of a Production Manager. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities and Duties:<\/strong> The Assistant would arrange meetings, organize documents and update records related to CUNY TV Films Festival Initiative. Update the film submissions database, review films, and prepare deliverables for CUNY TV’s library. Assist in producing TV shows. Create social media posts. The Assistant would also assist with interns’ onboarding and shift scheduling tasks.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications: Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular). Ability to create and analyze reports and databases. Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Problem-solving attitude. Interest or experience in film, television, or media businesses is a plus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Duration: Spring 2023 academic semester, 02\/01\/2023 – 05\/23\/2023  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hours\/Days: 8 to 12 hours\/week. One to three days a week.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Application:<\/strong> Academic Credit Internships and Non-credit Experiential Internships are available. Candidates must be full-time CUNY students and apply through the Internship Coordinator’s office from their academic departments.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n
